Our pricing is based on the amount of junk, type of materials, and labor required to complete the job. Every job is different, so we provide pricing after reviewing photos, job details, or an on-site assessment. Final pricing is always confirmed before work begins.
Can I get a quote using photos?
Yes. Photo-based quotes are one of the fastest ways to get pricing. You can upload photos through our website, text them to us, or include them in your quote request. For larger or more complex jobs, an on-site estimate may be recommended.
Do you offer same-day or next-day service?
Yes, same-day and next-day junk removal is often available depending on scheduling and job size. Availability may vary, so we recommend contacting us as early as possible.

Do I need to prepare or move items before you arrive?
No. Our team handles all lifting, loading, and hauling. You don’t need to move items outside or prepare them in advance unless you’d like to. Just point to what needs to go.
Do you remove items from inside the house?
Yes. We remove items from inside homes, garages, apartments, offices, and other structures. Please let us know in advance if there are stairs, tight spaces, or special access considerations.
Do you offer commercial junk removal?
Yes. We provide junk removal services for offices, retail spaces, property managers, contractors, and commercial properties. Large or recurring jobs may require a custom quote.
What happens to the junk after it’s removed?
Whenever possible, we aim to recycle or donate usable items. Anything that cannot be reused is disposed of responsibly at approved facilities.
What areas do you serve?
We serve Sacramento and surrounding areas, including Roseville, Rocklin, Elk Grove, and nearby communities. If you’re outside these areas, contact us and we’ll let you know if we can help.
