How Our Donation Pickup Service Works
Our donation pickup service is designed for clean, reusable items that someone else can enjoy.
Step 1
Complete the Donation Pickup Request Form.
Tell us about the items you'd like removed. Photos are encouraged so we can better estimate the pickup.
Step 2
We'll Review Your Request.
We'll determine whether your items qualify for our donation pickup service and provide a pickup estimate based on the size of the load.
Step 3
Schedule Your Pickup.
Once approved, we'll arrange a convenient pickup time.
Step 4
We Give Your Items a Second Chance.
Whenever possible, items are resold through our thrift store or donated to extend their useful life instead of ending up in a landfill.
Donation Pickup Pricing
Our donation pickup service is not free, but it is often more affordable than standard junk removal.

Items We Cannot Accept
For safety and quality reasons, we typically cannot accept:

✘ Anything heavily infested with pests
If your items aren't suitable for donation, we'd be happy to remove them through our Junk Removal Service.
